This August, 27 musicians from across the Midcoast region of Maine will participate in the 5th annual Envision Chamber Music Workshop—a week-long immersive chamber music experience that includes three hours of rehearsal and coaching each day balanced with time for other musical workshops and outdoor activities. The week culminates in a final concert for friends and family at Union Hall in Rockport.
The goal of the Envision Chamber Music Workshop is to celebrate the joy of music-making in a supportive environment that inspires musical and personal growth. Students receive coaching from young performers and educators including Josie and Sophie Davis, Maya French, Nate Martin, Colin Wheatley, and Ju-Young Lee. Many of the faculty grew up studying music in Maine.
