We've held out as long as we could. But due to the rising costs of presenting concerts, we will begin charging ticket processing fees starting with the 2009 Summer Music Festival. Ticket prices will otherwise remain unchanged from last summer.

Per Order Fee
Each ticket order is subject to a $5 per order processing fee. Regardless of the size of your order, the fee is $5. The fee will be charged for orders placed through the mail or by phone, as well as on tickets purchased at the venue the day of the event. You may avoid this fee by becoming a subscriber, or by ordering your tickets online or in person at our office on Bay View Street in downtown Camden.

Exchange Fee
Ticket holders are permitted to exchange their tickets from one concert to another within the same season for a $5 per exchange processing fee. Exchanges must be made no later than 24 hours before a concert. If exchanging to a higher priced ticket, the difference in price is due. Refunds will not be made when exchanging to a lower price ticket. You may avoid this fee by becoming a subscriber. We do not offer refunds.
