Enjoy the music? Then tell the musicians, and shake their hands! The concert experience doesn't end with the encore at Bay Chamber Concerts.

post-concert For all of the concerts of the Summer Music Festival, and for most of the events in the Performing Arts Series, we offer an informal gathering after the concert, with the artists. They're free, and you can meet the musicians or just mingle with other patrons - all while enjoying complimentary refreshments. Mmm, cookies and punch!

Post-Concert Receptions take place at a variety of locations. All the Thursday Night Summer Music Festival Post-Concert Receptions take place just up the hill from the Rockport Opera House at the Center for Maine Contemporary Art. Wednesday Night concerts in the summer take place at a variety of spaces and will be announced from the stage.

During the Performing Arts Series, there are some Post-Concert Receptions for selected performances. Each concert page on the website will list whether there is a Post-Concert Reception, or you can call the office to find out.
