The Next Generation Program will be celebrating its 21st Anniversary in 2011.

Important dates:

June 6: Next Generation application deadline

Application requirements: Application form, recording and teacher recommendation, scholarship application and non-refundable $50 application fee for solo applicants, $100 for groups.

May 23: Notification of acceptance in Next Generation; repertoire and group assignments mailed. Assigned music should be prepared with the help of a teacher so that it is performance-ready by July.

May 23: Invitation to live auditions for Young Stars of Maine

June 1: Next Generation registration deadline, non-refundable payment in full of $375 tuition due at this time.

July 11 – 15: Next Generation Youth Chamber Music Program
