STEFAN JACKIW, violin
JAY CAMPBELL, cello
CONRAD TAO, piano

Each a commended soloist in his own right, Avery Fisher Career Grant winners Stefan Jackiw, Jay Campbell, and Conrad Tao join forces in JCT (pronounced "junction") Trio. As the name implies, the collective result of this assembled virtuosity and sensitivity is even greater than the sum of its highly impressive parts.

"The brilliant young violinist Stefan Jackiw…deftly balancing fervor and elegance, beautiful tone and earthy colorings, proved [an] inspired Ivesian on this exciting night." The New York Times

"Campbell seized the audience’s attention in a grip that never let go … once Campbell wraps himself around the cello, you’re willing to follow him anywhere." Washington Post

Conrad Tao is "ferociously talented." TimeOut New York
