A young, socially conscious singer-songwriter, BélO and his five-piece band deliver a high-energy mix of jazz, worldbeat, rock, R&B, reggae and Afro-Haitian traditional rhythm known as Ragganga that is sure to get you on your feet dancing and singing along.

BélO is one of UNICEF's Goodwill Ambassadors in Haiti. His participation in our Winter Performing Arts Series will include a performance at Maine State Prison as part of Bay Chamber Concerts Community Engagement Program, and a workshop for students and faculty at Bay Chamber Concerts Music School.
